At Midas & CS, we have partnered with selected providers of service apartments in the lively Mankhool area right in the heart of Dubai – only 5 minutes from the Bur Juman Metro Station!
This allows us to provide our students with a highly affordable and convenient accommodation option where they can stay in the mutual company of other fellow students. This vibrant neighborhood is known for its welcoming atmosphere, multiple restaurants and groceries besides being populated with predominantly Indian family community with easy proximity to other key amenities along with Dubai’s beloved fun spots!
These will typically be 2 or 3 bedroom fully furnished apartments in a residential building with a functional kitchen. The rental can be paid directly to the service provider and usually they have a small security deposit that needs to be paid at the time of move in along with monthly rent to be paid at the beginning of every month.

Rose Garden Hotel Apartments is a 5-7 minute walk to BurJuman metro station, from where it’s only 2 stops to Dubai Healthcare City. A 2-minute walk from there will take you straight to our campus.
Sunday Holiday Inn is similarly convenient, just a 3-4 minute walk to BurJuman metro station, and 2 stops from Dubai Healthcare City. From there, it’s a 2-minute walk to the institute.
