What is the need for this unique program?
Entrepreneurship and Enterprise Management’ has been curated to bridge a wide gap in today’s MBA (Master of Business Administration) which is readying students to master business administration but not end-to-end management of the enterprise and develop an owner’s mindset where in our program, students will learn comprehensive enterprise management thereby transforming them into ‘Complete Enterprise Managers’ creating more well-rounded individuals who can run an entire enterprise or any company across all its multiple departments thereby preparing them to eventually become successful founders and entrepreneurs!
Its comprehensive curriculum encompasses core business functions like marketing, operations, finance, and HR, while also integrating contemporary essentials such as data science, AI, and agile methodologies. We prioritize experiential learning over exams and theoretical projects. Our program focusses on practical application through a ‘learn by doing’ approach. Unique topics like media management, content marketing, growth mindset, global market expansion, social media marketing, fintech, and fundraising are integral to the curriculum.
Students will gain hands-on experience through a mandatory 6-month internship in Dubai after the first 6 months of learning, ideally within a founder’s office. This internship provides an opportunity to apply learnt concepts in a real-world setting, preparing students for either corporate careers or entrepreneurial ventures in the best possible way.
Program Structure
Dedicated Learning __
Students will have regular classes for the first 3 months (Monday to Friday)
Blended Learning
Next 3 months (Months 4th to the 6th) learning 3 days a week (Monday to Wednesday)
Experiential Learning __
All Wednesdays are reserved for learning out in the real world by visiting places of business learning weekly
Consultative Learning
2nd term of 3 months (Months 4-6) will feature a company project to be delivered as a team
Immersive Learning __
Months 4-6 to also have trips to Saudi, Oman or Qatar and an European frontier market to observe business and culture
Real World Learning
Final 6 months to be spent undergoing an internship at a leading company or startup in UAE

STAGE 1
Entrepreneurial Mindset
The entrepreneurial mindset thrives on blending creativity with structure, fuelling innovation through active brainstorming and the study of real businesses from around the world for a global perspective. Real-time workshops and experiments drive hands-on ideation, embracing diverse perspectives to foster curiosity and unconventional thinking. This mind set also gets formed from industrial visits on a weekly basis, offering insights from the real world to enrich true entrepreneurial endeavours in the future
STAGE 2
Entrepreneurial Validation
The entrepreneurial validation process involves market research, customer surveys, pricing analysis, and competitor evaluation to shape the path forward for an entrepreneurial idea.
Validating ideas is crucial as it aligns personal concepts with market acceptance offering a clear path ahead. At this stage experiential learning and global immersion visits to other GCC markets like Saudi Arabia and Oman or Qatar will provide real-world insights, culminating in applying the Lean Start-up Methodology for feasibility analysis and interaction with key stakeholders from related industry verticals
STAGE 3
Entrepreneurial Execution
Entrepreneurial execution is the final step and perhaps the ‘most crucial’ which involves shaping your business idea armed with the appropriate tools and knowledge, supported by resources and vendor partners. It culminates in setting up the final plan and focuses on developing prototypes for start-ups or integrating new products or concepts with any existing business. In this final stage, an idea pitch has to be done ultimately to an expert jury and the best idea within the batch stands to be awarded a total refund of the program fees as a ‘seed funding’ towards setting up the idea into a full-scale venture!
